Shorts And Shirts Style Guide Part Two

Last week, we explored different shorts options for styling Spring looks when you’re at the office or attending networking events post work. This week, we will take a look at a few short sleeve shirt options to pair with shorts for every gent’s dapper attire.

nce you’ve secured your dark pair of shorts, which is a staple for any day or evening look, take the time out to try different patterns and varying shades. A navy green pair will go great with shirts in a variety of colors including grey, white and brown shades.

Darker shades will pair better with striped or patterned shirts like our Strawberry Ice Cream Print Button Front Shirt  or our Gold Button Front Shirt where you want to avoid being too busy at the bottom and should instead showcase the intricacy of the shirt.

Also, be sure to interchange the style of shirt you wear with your shorts to maximize their versatility, a short sleeved button up or polo like our Short Sleeve Pattern Polo Shirt in Limestone or Rio Red are great options for casual networking events or meet ups with friends.

A long sleeved shirt with rolled up sleeves pairs well for an air of sophistication too and while still giving off the subtle casual vibe that comes with warm weather attire. You can also pair a good pair of shorts with your favorite argyle sweater, pullover or jacket on cool mornings or night to ensure that your outfit is always one step ahead of the weather.
